AI Ready Teams

We build automation inside your business while your team learns to build the next ones.

For small and mid-sized businesses — you walk away with working automations and a team that can build more.

The Problem

You've probably tried one of these already.

Consultant only

“We hired a consultant, got one automation, still stuck for the next ten.”

One automation gets delivered. Your team stays dependent — every next automation is someone else's invoice.

Course only

“We sent people to a course, nothing shipped.”

Theory, certificates, goodwill — and no shipped work. Training budget spent, output unchanged.

There's a third path: automations get shipped, and the ability to ship the next ones stays inside your business.

The Engagement

What we do together

Over the engagement, 1–2 real automations get built inside your business — picked from your actual workflows, shipped to production, owned by you.

In parallel, 2–4 of your team members learn by doing. They're not watching slides — they're building alongside me, on the systems your business actually runs on.

By the end, you have a repeatable method for spotting and scoping the next automations — so the pipeline doesn't stop when the engagement does.

Who Participates

The champions model

You nominate 2–4 champions — the people who'll own automation inside your business after I'm gone. The owner joins the bookends: scoping at the start, handover at the end. Champions are in every working session. The rest of the team gets the automations, not the training load.

Outcomes

What your team walks away with

  • 01Working automations live in your business
  • 022–4 people who can identify, scope, and build the next ones
  • 03A method — how to look at a process and see the automation inside it

Scope

Scoped with you, not for you

The automations aren't decided upfront by me. In week one, we map your real workflows together and pick the ones worth building — the processes that eat the most hours, break the most often, or block decisions. What gets built is tied to how your business actually runs.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't

For

  • SMBs with real manual processes
  • At least one team member willing to learn
  • An owner who wants internal capability, not just an outsourced fix

Not for

  • Enterprises with existing automation teams
  • Businesses looking for a one-off deliverable with no learning component
  • Teams unwilling to commit champions

About

I'm Ankit. I build automation systems for business operations — reports pulled by hand, data re-typed between tools that should talk, month-ends that eat a week.

I've spent years inside these systems, designing automations that hold up when the edge cases show up.

Every system I've shipped is still running, quietly, without me.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

What if my team is too junior?

No coding background is needed. Champions are picked for curiosity and process knowledge, not technical titles — if someone can build a spreadsheet formula and explain how their work flows, they can learn this.

What if we don't know what to automate?

That's week one. We map your workflows together and pick the automations with your team — the ones that eat the most hours or break the most often. You don't need to arrive with a list.

What happens after the engagement ends?

You keep everything: the running automations, the documentation, and the method. Your champions can maintain and extend what was built — and scope the next ones. Ongoing async support can be arranged if you want it.

Do you sign an NDA / work with our data?

Yes — an NDA is standard before scoping. Everything is built inside your own accounts and tools, so your data stays in your systems, owned by you, from day one.

How is this different from hiring a consultant?

A consultant leaves you with an automation. This leaves you with automations and the internal capability to build the next ones — so the tenth automation doesn't cost what the first one did.
